Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at support@baronbearnation.com within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and unopened

Be in their original packaging

Be in the same condition as received
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Orders delayed due to customs processing or courier operations

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

Orders refused by the recipient

Shipments still in transit and actively tracked by the courier
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@baronbearnation.com, including photos of the issue.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Opening a chargeback while an order is in transit does not qualify as a valid refund request.
