Products
All products are cosmetic items intended for external use only.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used products are non-returnable.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International shipments, including those to the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs inspections and delays that are outside of our control.
A shipment is considered delivered once marked as delivered by the courier.
A shipment is not considered lost while it is in transit and actively tracked by the courier.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import fees may be applied by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Opening a chargeback for an order that is still in transit, delayed due to customs, or marked as delivered by the courier is considered an improper dispute.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, courier delays, or force majeure events.
