Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using trusted courier services such as FedEx.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and courier operations.
United Kingdom Shipping
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are subject to international customs clearance.
UK deliveries may take 5–10 business days due to customs processing.
Tracking updates may appear inactive while customs clearance is being completed. This is normal and does not indicate that the shipment is lost.
Delays caused by customs authorities or border controls are outside of our control.
Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, or import fees may be applied by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
A shipment is considered delayed if it has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date.
We do not consider shipments lost while they are still in transit and actively tracked by the courier.
